About me

I came to reflexology the way many practitioners do — through my own experience of it.

I was in my late twenties, working long hours in a demanding job, when a friend suggested I try a session. I went along half-sceptically, expecting something pleasant but vaguely indulgent. What I found instead was a profound sense of being heard by my own body — a stillness I hadn’t felt in years. Within a few months I had enrolled in my first training course. Within two years I had retrained entirely.

That was over a decade ago. Since then I have worked with hundreds of clients in Harrogate and online, and my conviction that the body knows how to heal when given the right conditions has only deepened with time.

I hold a full accredited diploma in reflexology and separately practitioner training in fascial bodywork. I am always learning something new and believe that good therapy and practice begins with genuine curiosity — about you, about what you’re carrying, about what your body is trying to communicate. I don’t work to a formula. Every session is shaped by what I find and what you bring.

My practice is based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. I also offer sessions online for clients who prefer to work remotely or who live outside the area.

I would love to hear from you, don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions.
